●Application
It is used for 35kv and above power transmission and distribution equipments and national main distribution nets.
This machine dehydrates, removes gas and impurities thoroughly at high speed.
Treated oil’s limit withstand voltage is increased and meets the oil standards quickly. It is not only for purifying oil, but also for working as an independent vacuum device to provide vacuum treating for power insulating equipment.

1. High degree of vacuum: limit vacuum≤5pa, operating degree of vacuum
≤35pa; high suction speed: pump speed≥333L/S.
2. By compound three-dimensional flashing distillation, it can remove plenty of liquid water quickly. Adopting the vK technique, it can effectively remove micro moisture such as dissolved water.
3. It uses removing impurities technique by combining double-net filtering and high polymer filter element to remove the harmful impurity such as free carbon efficiently. The filter elements are cleanable and can be used for long time, saving cost.
4. Special electrical power heating system can get rid of ethyne from oil completely.
5. It is especially suitable for vacuum oil filling and drying for high grade transport and transform electric equipments.
6. The whole machine is under electrical interlock control, in high automatization, and available for safe and reliable online operation.
